          Getting help is simple.

        Start by reaching out with a brief description of what’s going on using the contact form below. I will review your request and reply as soon as possible to confirm your appointment time and method.

 

            If you’re not sure how to explain the problem, that’s completely okay—just share what you can.

Pricing​

 

        Support is billed at $75 per hour, with no long-term commitments.

 

       I don’t use packages—every situation is different, and this allows you to only pay for the time you actually need. Before we begin, I’ll give you an idea of the time involved and keep you updated along the way, so there are no surprises.​

Service Agreement

 

       Before we begin, I’ll send over a simple service agreement for you to review and sign. You can print, sign, and send back a clear photo or scan—whatever is easiest.

       It outlines the scope of work and general terms so everything is clear and protected on both sides. I’m always happy to answer any questions before we get started.
